Are you a supplier or a broker?
We work directly with reputable manufacturers, mines and factories. This means we first check the quality and availability of supplies and then make an offer. Our role is to manage the supply chain and ensure reliable delivery, not to act as a broker.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It varies depending on the type of goods. For minerals and materials, it usually starts with a container or a truck. For machinery and industrial parts, the minimum order is usually lower.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Depending on the destination and type of goods, sea, land or rail transportation is recommended. We select the transportation method based on cost, speed and security and announce it transparently.
How is quality control done?
Before shipping, the goods are inspected and certified by our technical team and, if necessary, by international inspection companies such as SGS. The reports are provided in documented form.
Is it possible to send a sample?
Yes. For most products, it is possible to send samples; however, the shipping cost of the sample is the responsibility of the buyer. The purpose of this is to ensure transparency and mutual confidence.
How long does the supply and delivery schedule take?
Depends on the type of goods and destination. Materials and minerals are usually ready to ship between 7 and 20 days. Equipment and machinery may take 30 to 60 days. The exact time will be announced before the order is placed.
